Terms and Conditions of Sale
PRICES: All prices quoted by phone, fax or printed
literature are subject to change without notice and orders will
be invoiced at prices in place at the time of shipment. Unless
stated otherwise, prices are FOB Atkinson, NH 03811.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: We normally place customers on open
account; payment terms are Net 30 Days after shipment and invoicing.
Past due accounts may be changed to COD terms.
CANCELLATION: An order placed and accepted by i-Lab, may
be canceled with our consent and with terms which will protect
i-Lab from any loss.
SCHEDULE: We will not be liable for product shortages
and/or delays, the causes of which are beyond the control of
i-Lab and/or its suppliers.
WARRANTIES: Products distributed by i-Lab are warranted
only to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty. Any
product found to be defective will be replaced upon prepaid return
of unused defective product. Our liability is limited to product
replacement only. In no event will i-Lab be liable for indirect
or consequential damages arising from the use of any of our products.
Warranty does not apply to defects caused by accidents, misuse,
abuse, tampering, improper storage or out of date product.
DAMAGE CLAIMS: If any product is damaged in shipment
and damage is attributed to the delivery service, it is the customer's
responsibility to file a claim promptly with the delivery service.
Although i-Lab cannot be held responsible for any such damage,
we will provide assistance necessary in filing the claim. If
damage is hidden at the time of receipt and deemed to be not
the fault of the delivery service (for example, a leaking container),
a claim should be made to i-Lab within 15 days of receipt. i-Lab
will decide at the time of claim whether or not the damaged goods
need to be returned.
PRODUCT RETURNS: i-Lab is under no obligation to accept
returns of product which has been sold in good faith. In the
event a customer wishes to return product, said return must be
approved by i-Lab before the return shipment is made. If a return
is approved, we can accept only unused, unopened product (well
within usage dates) which arrives with shipping charges prepaid
at i-Lab in undamaged condition. Approved returned goods, once
inspected, may be subject to a 15% restocking charge and payment
for returned goods will be made as credit note only.
The terms, conditions and warranties described on this page
are the only authorized by i-Lab Corporation and are in lieu
of all other expressed or implied warranties or representations. |
